Every question

  • What is Alpha Erec?

A once-daily chewable gummy for adult men, berry flavoured, 30 gummies to a bottle. The front of the bottle reads MEN'S PERFORMANCE GUMMY and DIETARY SUPPLEMENT, and that is the whole of the printed claim this site can read. The written pack names ten ingredients; the product's own artwork names six of them.

  • Where is the Supplement Facts panel?

It was not supplied to this site. The pack contains three photographs of the front of the bottle and five listing graphics, and no photograph of the back — which is where a Supplement Facts panel is printed. 21 CFR 101.36 requires that the label of a dietary supplement that is offered for sale shall bear nutrition labeling in accordance with this regulation. This site cannot show you that labelling, and says so rather than describing one it has not seen.

  • How much of each ingredient does one gummy hold?

Unknown to this site and, without a panel, unknown to you. No milligram figure appears anywhere in this pack for any ingredient. Every amount printed on this site is a dose from published research on the named ingredient, labelled as such, and never a statement about this product.

  • Is it six ingredients or ten?

The product's own graphics name six: L-Arginine HCl, ashwagandha root, horny goat weed, Tribulus terrestris, maca root extract and Panax ginseng. The written pack names those six plus L-Citrulline, fenugreek extract, zinc and vitamin D3. This site prints both lists and does not merge them. Where the artwork and a written brief disagree, this site follows the artwork and records the disagreement.

  • Does it contain zinc and vitamin D3?

The written pack says so. No graphic in the pack names either. This matters more than the other two discrepancies because zinc and vitamin D both carry Daily Values, and a Supplement Facts panel must declare ingredients with Daily Values separately, by weight, with a percentage beside them. If they are in the gummy, there is a figure for each on the missing panel. If they are not, the written pack is wrong.

  • How do I take it?

One gummy each morning, with or without food. That comes from the written pack and the listing graphic. It does not come from a label, because no label text beyond the front of the bottle was supplied.

  • When would I notice anything?

The seller's own FAQ says energy changes come often 1–2 weeks and performance changes often weeks 3–6, and that many wait 90 days. This site has no evidence of its own on the question and does not offer any.

  • What does it cost?

$89 a bottle for two ($178), $72 a bottle for three ($216) and $49 a bottle for six ($294). All three multiply out correctly. The 3-pack and 6-pack are shown with free US shipping; on the 2-pack, shipping is charged at the checkout. Each is shown beside a struck-through $179 a bottle, which this site cannot verify was ever the selling price.

  • Why is the 2-pack called a 30-day supply?

Good question, and this site cannot answer it. At one gummy a day and 30 gummies a bottle, two bottles is 60 days. The 3-pack is described as a 90-day supply and the 6-pack as 180 days, and both of those are right. The 2-pack row is the one that does not divide.

  • What is the guarantee?

60 days from purchase. To claim it, call +1 (720) 619-8477 or write [email protected] with the order ID. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and the pack asks for tracking; refunds are described as 3–5 business days to credit and then 5–10 days on the card. Returns go to 75 Ninth Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10011, USA.

  • Is 60 days long enough?

That is for you to decide, but the arithmetic is worth seeing first. The refund window is 60 days from purchase. The seller's own FAQ says performance changes come at weeks 3 to 6 and that many buyers wait 90 days. The 6-pack is sold as a 180-day supply. Those three numbers cannot all be the right length for the same product.

  • It says Made in the USA. Does that check out?

This site cannot check it. FTC's standard for the claim is all or virtually all: final assembly in the US, all significant processing in the US, and all or virtually all ingredients made and sourced in the US. No sourcing information for any of the ten ingredients was supplied here, so the claim is neither confirmed nor contradicted on this site.

  • Has FDA approved it?

No, and FDA does not approve dietary supplements. FDA does publish notifications about products in this category found to contain undeclared prescription drugs — its warning is that such ingredients may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. A search of those public notifications on 13 October 2026 returned none naming Alpha Erec. That is an absence of a notification, not a laboratory result, and this site does not present it as one.

  • Does it raise testosterone?

The product's own graphic says Tribulus terrestris helps support healthy testosterone levels and male vitality. NIH's fact sheet on supplements for exercise and athletic performance says of tribulus that the few studies investigating it did not find that it had any benefit and that there's no scientific support for taking it. It adds that some sports-medicine experts advise against taking any dietary supplements claimed to boost testosterone. Both sentences are on this site, side by side, and no amount of tribulus is declared anyway.

  • Does the L-Arginine improve blood flow?

The product's own graphic says it supports healthy blood flow and circulation. NIH records that arginine supplements seem to have little to no effect on strengthening and muscle-building exercises and that there is little scientific evidence for arginine supplements improving performance. No amount is declared here either.

  • Is it safe?

This site cannot tell you, because safety depends on dose and no dose is declared. What it can tell you is what NIH publishes about the named ingredients: ashwagandha is studied up to about three months and has rare liver-injury reports; Asian ginseng's short-term window is six months and it may lower blood sugar and affect clotting; fenugreek in large doses may cause a harmful drop in blood sugar; zinc has a 40 mg adult upper limit; vitamin D has a 100 mcg one. Take the bottle to a pharmacist before the first gummy if you take anything regularly.

  • I take a nitrate or a blood pressure medicine.

Then this is a conversation to have with a pharmacist or your doctor before you buy, not after. FDA's notifications for this product category exist because undeclared drug ingredients turn up in it, and the interaction FDA names is with nitrates. Nothing here says that applies to this product. It says the question is worth asking out loud.

  • Can I take it for 180 days?

The 6-pack is sold as a 180-day supply. NCCIH's position is that ashwagandha may be safe when taken in the short term (up to 3 months) and that long-term safety is not established, and that short-term oral Asian ginseng means up to 6 months. Those are statements about the ingredients, not about this gummy, in which no amount of either is declared.

  • Are the reviews on this site real?

They were supplied with the product pack. This site has not matched one of them to an order, so none is published as a verified customer review and no Review or AggregateRating markup is emitted on any page. FTC's guidance is that consumer testimonials are never sufficient to substantiate claims about the effects of a health product.

  • Who am I buying from?

This site is the U.S. stocking partner for Alpha Erec. It holds no stock and takes no payment; orders go through the seller's checkout, and the seller's own desk on +1 (720) 619-8477, with [email protected], handles tracking and refunds. The bottle itself names no distributor, no address and no phone number.

  • What is the lot number for?

The pack gives a lot of AE-26/C-5520 from the 2026 Chelsea cycle, and a CoA reference of AE-5520-26-MY. Those are draft labels for a production run and a reference to a document. Neither is a test result, and no certificate of analysis was supplied to this site.

  • I think something on this page is wrong.

Write to [email protected] with the page and the line. Corrections are made on the page and dated. If the bottle in your hand disagrees with this site, the bottle wins and this site wants to know.

Four things to settle before you pay

Three packs were supplied with prices: $89, $72 and $49 a bottle. The things below are the ones a price does not settle.

One Alpha Erec bottle: a black jar with a red honeycomb label reading ALPHA EREC, MEN'S PERFORMANCE GUMMY, 30 GUMMIES, DIETARY SUPPLEMENT. This is the front. No photograph of the back of the bottle was supplied to this site.
  1. 01
Ask for a photograph of the back of the bottle

This is the one that unlocks everything else. A Supplement Facts panel is printed on the back of every dietary supplement sold in the US. Without it you cannot know the serving size, any amount, whether the ingredients sit in a blend, what the gummy is set with, or what allergens are in it. The order desk is on +1 (720) 619-8477.

  2. 02
Ask which ingredient list is the real one

The artwork names six ingredients. The written pack names ten. Two of the four extra ones — zinc and vitamin D3 — carry Daily Values, which means a compliant panel has to declare them separately by weight.

  3. 03
Add up your zinc and your vitamin D from everything else

If this gummy does contain them, you have no figure for either. NIH puts the adult upper limits at 40 mg of zinc and 100 mcg (4,000 IU) of vitamin D a day from all sources. A multivitamin plus this is two unknowns stacked on one known.

  4. 04
Count the refund window against the seller's own timing

The guarantee is 60 days from purchase. The seller's own FAQ says performance changes come often weeks 3–6 and that many wait 90 days. The window shuts a month before the trial the seller describes is over.
